Back in the days of the Roman Empire the chariot was called upon to do many things. It was used at sporting events for racing, in the streets for transportation, and on the battle fields in times of war. In this challenge we have decided to combine some of these uses into what we like to call Chariot Wars.
Each team will be given a chariot complete with a gladiator at the reigns. Teams will also be given 5 Centurions (foot soldiers) of various value or rank. Your chariot is powered by Elastorphius, The Mighty Latex Band Of The Gods. Your team will also be given a set of obstacles to place in your territory to use as defenses for your troop movements.
The object of the game is to move your army from your teams corner, to the safety of Mt. Gladius (a giant magma oozing rock) in the center of the arena. At the beginning of each round, each team will roll a die to determine how far they can move their army. After all the teams have mobilized their troops, you wind up your chariots and letem rip. The action can best be described as mayhem when the chariot is flying, but if your team can remain calm and strategize together, you just might, with a little help from the gods, make it to Mt. Gladius. Victory is yours!
